In order to receive a refund, you must first email us your completed RMA FORM to contact@CarboRid.com for a return authorization number. A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. After we have received your unopened bottle(s), we will credit you with the full purchase amount less S&H and a 20% restocking fee. Any product cancellations after 24 hrs will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Wholesale products are not subject to return.
